ABOUT FOURTH TRIMESTER HUB

Postpartum support to navigate recovery after birth.

Evidence-based postpartum support from the first feed to the six-week check.

The resource I wish I’d had.

Like many new mothers, I was unprepared for the physical and emotional realities of the first weeks following birth. The bleeding. The afterpains. The night sweats. The constipation. The exhaustion. The emotional rollercoaster.

There's no shortage of information about how to care for your newborn. But information about your own recovery can be harder to find, especially when you're tired, sore, emotional and wondering whether what you're experiencing is normal.

I wanted to create the resource I wish I'd had myself: clear, evidence-based information about what happens to your body and mind after birth, explained in a way that's reassuring, practical and easy to understand.
